The alumni figure that will be discussed this time has a very crucial position at PT. Pos Indonesia. He is Charles Sitorus, Director of Network Business and Financial Services PT. Pos Indonesia. The man who was born in Medan in 1966 has held this position since 2020.

Prior to becoming the Director of Network Business and Financial Services at PT. Pos Indonesia, Charles has worked in several leading telecommunications companies. Lastly, prior to his position as Director at PT. Pos Indonesia, Charles served as Director of Business Development at PT. Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero) for one year, and at the same time since 2013 as Director of Development at PD. Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.

This IPB University graduate is a person who is always optimistic. Under his control, he hopes that PT. Pos Indonesia will be able to spread its wings and adapt to technological advances.

Under his leadership while serving as Director of Information and Technology at PT. Pos Indonesia, Charles made new breakthrough and innovation by creating O-Ranger. Namely, Pos Indonesia partners who are at the forefront of customer service. This is in line with the new era of Pos Indonesia to build direct selling which aims to make it easier for consumers.

Charles started his career at PT. Astra Graphia in 1990, then moved to PT Satelindo from 1996 to 2004, starting as Head of the East Indonesia Branch in Makassar, Head of Central Java and Jogjakarta Branch, then Central Indonesia Regional Vice President in Semarang. Next, he looked for a new challenge and moved to PT. Bakrie Telekom, then to PT. Smart Telecom as Sales Director.

Looking back, Charles graduated from SMAN 3 Jakarta in 1985. This man who is interested in the field of technology continued his undergraduate degree at IPB University majoring in Agricultural Industrial Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology.

After graduating from IPB University, he continued his Postgraduate Program in Administrative Sciences at Prof Dr Moestopo University (Beragama) and graduated in March 2015. In the midst of his busy career, he decided to continue his Doctorate Program at the Research Management Doctoral Program, Bina Nusantara University, Jakarta ( 2019-present). Thanks to hard work and passion while in university, Charles is able to succeed as he is now. During his career, hes held many important positions. He has managed various private companies as well as state-owned enterprises.
