Successful Bachelor of Agriculture in Islamic Banking
Achmad Kusna Permana is an alumnus of the Faculty of Agriculture, IPB University, who graduated in 1989. In 2017, he managed to achieve his best career position, namely as the President Director of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk.
Sarjana pertanian ini sudah lama berkecimpung di dunia perbankan. Awal karirnya di tahun 1991 sebagai Chief General Manager di PT. Bank Bali Indonesia, kemudian menjadi Senior Vice President, Consumer Banking Group at HSBC from 2000 to 2006.
In 2006, Achmad was delegated to contribute at HSBC Salinas-Monterey, California. Then, he returned to Indonesia in April 2006 and served as HSBC's Head of Amanah Retail Banking until July 2006.
After working at HSBC for 6 years, he continued his career in the banking industry from 2006 to 2009 by occupying the position of Executive Vice President, Head of Syariah Banking at Bank Danamon Indonesia. Occupying the same position, in 2009, he continued to seek other experiences at Permata Bank.
With his dedication and reputable experiences, in September 2017, he was trusted to occupy an important position in the banking world, namely the President Director of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Of course, it was not1 an easy task, but Achmad was able to prove that he could succeed.(*)
