Anggawira, a graduate of IPB University who was born on January 9, 1982, is a graduate of the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture. He succeeded in becoming the Owner of PT. Permata Transindo at a young age.
To reach the point he is now, Anggawira continued his Master's degree by taking the Department of Industrial Technology at the Industrial Management College of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia and obtaining a Master's Degree in Financial Management from the University of Indonesia (UI). Then, he took the Doctoral program (S3) and received a Doctorate in Management Science with cum laude predicate from the State University of Jakarta (UNJ) with the dissertation entitled "Political Party Management".
Anggawira was very much fond of organizational activities. Since he was at school, he had joined the OSIS, and while studying at the Agricultural Technology department of IPB University, he has also served as the General Leader of the IPB Student Press Institute, the Student Representative Council, the Minister of Social Politics of BEM as well as the Central Board of the IPB University Agricultural Technology Student Senate Association.
While studying at the Agricultural Engineering Department of IPB University, Anggawira was actively participated in the Student Executive Board (BEM) and the Islamic Student Association (HMI). His passion for organization continued after graduating from college, including joining the Indonesian Farmers Association (HKTI), the Indonesian Farmers Council and the Indonesian Youth National Committee.
Apart from being active in campus organizations, Anggawira also focused on carrying out his knowledge. This spirit can be seen when he joined the Student Creativity Program (PKM) where the program he participated in made processed products from milk.
After graduating from IPB University in 2003, Anggawira then became an employee at an international oil and gas company from France, namely Total E&P. His career at Total can be said to be promising because he was a new employee with qualifications of a fresh graduate . He was able to enjoy a fairly large income of around Rp 10 million, but Angga only carried out his career for one year.
He even served as an Expert Staff for a year from DPR RI Member Tjahjo Kumolo, who at that time was the Chairman of the PDI-P faction in the DPR RI for the 2004-2009 period. Anggawira has also pioneered CV. Sejahtera Utama Mandiri, the first business that was initiated in 2006. He was also engaged in the procurement of office stationery (ATK) for the Depok City Government. From here, he also joined the Jakarta Raya branch of the Indonesian Easy Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI).
In 2007, Anggawira, along with her colleagues founded PT. Permata Transindo which is a supplier of subsidized organic fertilizers that are distributed and sold to farmers. Anggawira's career accelerated when he was elected as Head of Organization, Cadreization, and Membership of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI).
Apart from agribusiness, Anggawira also established a business in the procurement of fuel oil (BBM) under the banner of PT. Permata Transindo. This business was achieved thanks to his networks that he found when he became an oil and gas consultant after leaving Total.
Starting in 2015, Anggawira entered the business of providing shared office services or virtual office, as well as being asked to lead the Association of Joint Office Service Entrepreneurs and Business Icubators (PERJAKBI). This business concept offers workspaces or office services that are flexible, cost-effective, and suitable for use by novice entrepreneurs, startups and SMEs.
Actively participating in various fields such as business and politics, he was also a lecturer at several universities and a permanent lecturer at the As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University Jatiwaringin, Jakarta.
In politics, he was active as a functionary of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (GERINDRA) and was the founder and coordinator of the Friends of Anies-Sandi as well as spokesman for the pair Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Uno in the 2017 DKI Jakarta regional head election.
Acting as an entrepreneur made him learn various things until he succeeded in becoming the Owner of PT. Transindo Gems. He really enjoys the process and doesn't complain about everything he goes through.(*)
