Starting from a Civil Servant in 2003 to Achieving Strategic Position

Wisnu Wasisa Putra, a man born on July 29, 1976 was a student of IPB University, studying at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Batch 32, 1995. In May 2021, he was officially inaugurated and held the position of Head of the Center for Animal and Biological Quarantine at the Central Office of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Graduating from 1 Pati State High School, Wisnu immediately studied at IPB University. The ride was pretty smooth. After graduating from IPB University, he immediately started his career as a Civil Servant (PNS) in 2003 with the position of a Technical Personnel at the Center for Animal Health Training. 

His career journey, which began in 2003, has continued to increase. He also decided to take the Veterinary Science study at the Faculty of Forestry, Gadjah Mada University (UGM). Wisnu got his master's degree there and achieved the Cum Laude predicate.

He completed his master's degree in 2006, and in that same year, Wisnu served as Widyaiswara at the Center for Animal Health Training until 2018. Then, in 2018, he was entrusted with the mandate as Head of the Chinagara Animal Health Training Center. Succeeding to be at this point is a benchmark in a career that he can be proud of.

On May 11, 2021, Wisnu had the opportunity to be a resource person at a talkshow held by the DKI Jakarta Food, Maritime, and Agriculture Security Service with the theme of "Tips for Passing Internship in Japan 2021".

With the hard work and achievements he currently has, in May 2021 Wisnu was inaugurated as Head of the Center for Animal Quarantine and Animal Biosafety at the Central Office of the Ministry of Agriculture. All the hard work he did before reaching this point made him very proud and grateful.(*)
